Malicious Compliance

When I was in federal prison, an inmate we called “The Professor” would wright a daily wisdom on a the white board in the education room. After a few days I started adding illustrations. This one was well liked by several inmates and one even said he had an employee like this.

There’s a difference between doing a good job, and doing what your are supposed to be doing. Don’t confuse the two and accept mediocre crap 💩 as gold🪙.
